Electronic Video Sign (located at the Legends at Sparks Marina)
The Chamber runs and operates a full color electronic video sign at the entrance to the Legends shopping complex at Sparks Marina. The full color video electric sign runs 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year right outside The Chamber's Sparks office location. Vendor booths at Star Spangled Sparks
Star Spangled Sparks is the Chamber's annual 4th of July community celebration held at the Sparks Marina. This full day event features a talent show, vendor booths, the Model Dairy Milk Carton Boat Regatta, and plenty of vendor booths. This fun family event is open to the entire community and draws between 12,000 to 15,000 visitors on July 4th. It is a great way to engage the community and promote services or products. B.E.S.T. Kids Sponsorship Program The annual BEST (Business Education Skills Training) Kids program is designed to recognize and honor over 200 middle school students from the Washoe County School District. These kids are chosen by school staff on manners, attitude, and dedication. Chosen students are awarded with a full day field trip, prizes, and a special BBQ dinner for them and their families sponsored by Chamber members. This is a powerful way to reach students and families in Washoe County, and sponsorship of the BEST Kids program shows commitment to Nevada families.
