The OnPACE (On Professional Achievement Civic Enrichment) program is a 9 month leadership and development program that revolves around communication skills, professional development, team management and community engagement. Led by Jeffrey Benjamin from Breakthrough Training, the OnPACE program features "hands on" training exercises designed to foster leadership skills for real world use. Students are led on a 10 module training course that covers the core fundamentals of Leadership making them more effective.
This program is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and aspiring managers and leaders. The courses are offered at a flexible schedule and each class is designed around interactive, hands-on exercises that build a strong foundation of communication and critical thinking skills that are necessary for strong leadership.
