Tony Armstrong Memorial Scholarship

To honor the memory of past Mayor Tony Armstrong the Sparks Chamber of Commerce, it's members, and Kiley Ranch Communities are proud to provide the Tony Armstrong Memorial Scholarship to deserving students from the Sparks area.

The scholarship provides 4 year stipends (as long as students meet the requirements) that can be used towards any higher education, whether it's vocational or university level. It is the wish of the Sparks Chamber to carry on this proud tradition by honoring one of the most beloved civic leaders by carrying on his name and providing local students a chance for higher education.
